Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. 6. There are two rounds of judging in this promotion. In Round One. The 6 best entries as determined by the judges in their complete discretion, will be deemed finalists and will progress to the final stage of judging. 7. The 6 finalists will have their entries published in a feature appearing in a future issue of Zoo magazine. Inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control) will remain at the complete discretion of the Promoter. 8. In the final round of judging the Promoter may call for readers to vote for the entry they think should be selected as the winner. The final determination of the winner will be decided by the Promoter in its complete discretion. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises. Finalist entries will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. 9. The best entry as determined by the judges will win receive the major prize valued at up to $1000. Prize includes Zoos introduction of the winner to a Private investigator at Spousebusters Australia(SPN Arge Pty Ltd (ABN: 46 119 553 990 trading as Spousebusters Australia) (“the Private Investigator”). Zoo will also pay for 12 hours worth of the Private Investigators time to investigate the matter presented to him by the winner. The services of the Private Investigator will be undertaken upon agreement with the winner and the Private Investigator and all contractual arrangements and agreements will be made between the winner and the Private Investigator. Zoo magazine is only responsible for the payment of the services to the Private Investigator upon conclusion of the investigation conducted by the Private Investigation. Payment of such fees will be as disclosed at the time of the commencement of the investigation. 10. Prize valued at up to $1000. The exact value of the prize will be dependant on the amount of kilometres the Private Investigator (or his nominated service provider) needs to travel to conduct the 12 hours of investigation. The Private investigation services are provided by The Private Investigator and Spousebusters Australia and not by ACP Magazines Ltd, the publisher of Zoo magazine. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 13. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. However, employees and their immediate families of ACP Magazines Ltd, Ubisoft Pty Ltd, Dodge Australia, belong and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. 3. The competition commences on 9th November 2007 at 00:01 AEST and concludes on 30th June 2008 at 23:59 AEST. 4. To enter, participants must log onto www.zooweekly.com.au and register their details including but not limited to, name, address, phone number, e-mail address and code word as featured on the promotional material. 5. Inaudible, incomprehensible and illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 6. Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like. However, only one prize per person is permitted (SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize). 7. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill or store receipt for purchase requirement) in order to claim a prize. If the winner of the car does not have a driver’s licence, as at the date of the draw, the vehicle will be transferred into the name of a (licence holding) person nominated by the winner. 15. Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs (including travel by the winner to and from the dealership) are the responsibility of the winner. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. 18. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. 24. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date. 25. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize. 26. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. 27.
