Just when you thought you'd seen enough blue boobs on the big screen (thanks to Avatar), Russell Brand's super-busty pop fiancee, Katy Perry, is set to play the cute Smurfette in an upcoming big screen remake of the much loved cartoon, The Smurfs.

Katy has revealed that she's excited about playing Smurfette in the upcoming live action remake because as a kid her parents censored her TV viewing and wouldn't let her actually watch the show. Maybe that explains the blue wig she sports from time-to-time, trying to get in touch with her inner-blue perhaps.
