When we heard that Optus were going to be featuring some of Australia's best parkour experts we knew we had to head down to their Love Lounge and check out the action for ourselves to see some insane flips and hope for a bit of carnage as well.

While there ZOO Man was lucky enough to get some time with the free running freaks and get some tips on the basics of this French phenomonan.

It turns out that the guys made flips off 6ft boxes look easy, and ZOO Man struggled from the get go, but he did pick up some advice that might help him impress a few grannies next time he's waiting at the train station. Extreme!
