If you've ever wondered what has more horse power, a full-charged rally car or an actual horse then we've got the answer for you.

Driver Frederico Villagra was taking part in the Argentine Rally and came flying around a blind corner to find a herd of wild horses smack bang in the middle of his driving line. Villagra slammed his Lancer Pro Evo straight into the arse of the crossing stallion who was catapulted 10 metres into the sky.

"I was surprised that some horses crossed," the Argentine driver told reporters at the end of the stage. "(It) hit the windshield and flew over the car." Villagra and his lucky navigator got away from the horrific crash without injury and amazingly only lost 30 seconds on the stage. Sadly the horse didn't fare so well and it was off to the glue factory once the animal was put down on at the scene.
