First up, let’s put it out there that Red Dead Redemption is not your typical ‘shoot ‘em up’ western (yawn) game. Easily one of the best games of 2010, Red Dead Redemption expands on GTA IV’s eye-popping effects and features an open-world environment for players to manipulate. You can shoot birds as they fly by, grab some booze and gamble or chat up some Mexican mammacitas. No doubt, a highly interactive gaming environment never before played. As John Marston, a reformed outlaw, you’ll be forced to complete missions that involve blasting you way through decrepit buildings, bloody brawls with outlaws and hunting treasure. What more could you want?
