The game features 72 fully-licensed cars, ranging from classic cars to modern sport cars. Cars in the game include the Bugatti Veyron, Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren, Koenigsegg CCX, Pagani Zonda, Corvette Z06, Ford GT, Honda S2000, Mazda RX-7 FD, Nissan Skyline GT-R 34, Toyota AE86, and the 2009 BMW M3 GT2.

With 18 tracks in total including real world circuits and fictitious tracks like the Brands Hatch and a London circuit, combined with all the amazing cars, awesome high-def graphics, and the realistic speed and handling, Need for Speed SHIFT has to be the best release in the series to date!
