One of the finest of many new awesome DLC (downloadable content) games which are taking off for gamers with phat internet connections, this new trigger-happy instalment of Lara Croft will see you blasting chaos all over the place, leaving more corpses in your wake than a Melbourne underground bar after 3am.

In this one, the famously busty, tight-shorted Pom babe blasts through waves of uglies who are pissed at being awoken from the dead. The first thing you’ll notice is that this is no longer a typical, third-person adventure game, but an isometric (read: top-down) button-masher and the first Lara Croft game to give you a wrist cramp with both hands still on the control pad. And if ya mate arrives halfway through a level, he can jump in and help by playing as a 2000-year-old Mayan tribesman dude.

It’s far from the most visually amazing thing you’ll see on your console, but a big step for future DLCs, which are getting more attention than Julia Gillard’s unusually large earlobes. But before you soak your Y-fronts to a squishy puddle, remember that this one won’t hit the shelves at all — it’s only available online.
